Se desempeñó como asesora de la Secretaría Nacional de Planificación, asesora de la Secretaría Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, y viceministra de Educación Superior en Ecuador.

She served as an advisor to the National Secretariat of Planning, an advisor to the National Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation, and Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Ecuador.
